El Rancho del Arte Grand Opening

Community Development Partners and Perlman Architects recently celebrated the opening of our newest affordable multi-family housing project with a ribbon cutting ceremony. UL2 – Urban Living on 2nd Ave.

The project consists of 70 units of affordable family residential units in 4 stories over a concrete podium parking structure. The podium contains 5,600 s.f. of community center services fronting McKinley and Leasing Office fronting 2nd Ave. The remaining ground floor consists of 79 parking spaces accessed from the alley. The four floors of residential units are built around a central courtyard and provide a variety of unit types to accommodate individuals and families. The project is located on an urban infill site and mends some of the tears in the existing city fabric.  

Buckeye Fire House 3

It’s official; Buckeye Fire House 3 has been awarded LEED Gold certification. Individuals from the fire department, Perlman, FCI Constructors, Quest Energy, AME, TMCx Solutions, Akribis (and others) put in many hours on the LEED documentation with great results. One remarkable accomplishment is that the construction documentation sailed through the review process with no clarifications or final review needed.
