Daisy Mountain Fire Administration building is situated on a 169,692 s.f. (3.89 Acres) site shared with existing Fire Station 142. This 7,644 s.f. office building includes training rooms and all the administrative office functions vital to the operations of Daisy Mountain Fire and Medical District Administration Office. The building was also designed with future expansion in mind by providing ample circulation and exits.

The Site includes provisions for Apparatus Parking, secured staff parking, and visitor parking located adjacent to the front entry. The site is situated north of the Memorial Drive to avoid the congestion of the intersection and school drop-off and pick-up. Perlman Architects worked with the Fire District, the community and the Anthem Design Committee to develop an aesthetic that complemented the existing design guideline of Anthem and the Surrounding Community.
