Fire Station 308 marks the eighth station for the City of Surprise and was operational in September 2021. Facility is a single-story, four-bay Fire Station of 15,872 sq. ft. located on 3.5 acres located on the southeast corner of Cactus Rd. and Litchfield Rd. as part of the SPA-1 Water Reclamation Facility. This station accommodates ten gender neutral dorms and 2 captain’s dorm rooms. Facility also includes a public lobby, exam room, day room, dining room, kitchen, individual restrooms, firefighter offices, police report offices, a fitness room, EMS rooms, decontamination core and showers and support services.

In addition, we have completed five fire stations for the City of Surprise; Fire Station No. 304, 305, 306, 307, and 302 Remodel.
