A strong streetscape/frontage was created to help improve the street presence/appearance along both 9th Street and Marland and numerous walkways provide for a pedestrian friendly community and a strong connection to the surrounding neighborhood. The project consists of clustered, 2-story resident buildings that will include 12 one-bedroom units, 44 two-bedroom units, 16 three-bedroom units, and a 1 story community building that includes property management offices, community space, social services office, computer / learning center space, postal area and laundry facility.
