Perlman Architects provided comprehensive programming, master planning, design, and construction administration services for a multi-phased 65,000 s.f. training and central services facility. Phase 1 and 2 are complete and consisted of all site utilities, a central events courtyard, a dedication plaza, training classrooms, administration offices, a simulator training area, apparatus storage, a physical fitness area, indoor-outdoor break areas, a 2-story multi-scenario Class A burn building, a 5-story multi-use training tower, satellite classrooms, a drafting pit, Class B site fire training props, roof props, a running track, and miscellaneous support functions. Master planned future phases will include office/ administration areas for fire department divisions, as well as a cafeteria, an auditorium facility, and additional burn buildings with site burn props.
